No physician referral needed to book a new patient appointment. However, some insurance plans (e.g., HMOs) may require a referral โ please check with your insurer. Failure to obtain a required referral may result in you being responsible for the visit fee.
We are currently accepting new patients at District Endocrine. Thank you for considering us for your endocrine care. We serve adults 18 years and older only.
Before your appointment, we will send you a secure link to add your medical history and medication list, and to upload your photo ID and insurance card. You must sign the new patient forms and pay your co-pay.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure your registration is complete before meeting with your provider. Patients who arrive late may be asked to wait or reschedule.
Forms will be sent to you electronically before your appointment via the Privia portal or by SMS. If you cannot complete them in advance, printed forms will be available at the office.
District Endocrine participates with Medicare and all major commercial payers including Aetna, Anthem BCBS, CareFirst BCBS, Cigna, United Healthcare, Humana, Tricare, and more.
We do not currently accept new patients with Medicaid insurance, including Medicaid as a secondary payer.
